At Deelightfully Creative, each item is crafted with prayer, purpose, and love. Because most of our pieces are made to order, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

When We Accept Returns

If you've received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To begin the return process, please email us at info@deelightfullycreative.com

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and clear instructions for returning your item. Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage or if the wrong item was sent, please reach out immediately so we can make it right. Your satisfaction and experience matter deeply to us.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and customization reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable or personal care products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Exchanges

Need something different? The quickest way is to return the incorrect or damaged item (if approved), and place a new order for what you need.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
